Established in 1999, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations
of India (CREDAI) today brings together more than 8500 Real Estate Developers
from 114 city chapters across 20 states of India under a single umbrella. As the

networking closely with government representatives, policy makers, investors,
finance companies, consumers and real estate professionals. |

CREDAI’s code of conduct is adopted proactively by all its members and promotes
ethical practices. CREDAI also updates its members about the latest industry
data, technology advancements, industry benchmarks and the global economic
scenario from time to time. |

To perpetuate an ethical code of conduct which is self - imposed and mandatory
for all member developers / builders of CREDAI, to maintain integrity and
transparency in the profession of real estate development. |

To promote the interest of construction workers & to educated them on the best
practices. |

To facilitate easy availability of housing finance for property purchases by
working closely with leading financing institution and banks. |

Today, CREDAI is a recognized partner for the government and is represented on
several committees, working at policy formulation, including the Housing and
Habitat Policy 2007 and the Steering Committee for urban development. |
